If you're talking about LAN no it does not. You have to create/use an "Offline" account away from multiplayer in splitscreen and/or Local Area Network.

What is too high during the honeymoon period of diabetes?
My son is not yet on insulin, he has type 1 diabetes.So far his highest result from his blood test was 16 (were from Canada so the American system for testing is not the same). I'm just wondering what is too high? At what point should i seek help for a high reading? I wasn't sure what to do so i had him rest and drink water.
16mmol is 288mg/dl which is a little high. if he starts having a lot more highs then i would get started on insulin. how long has he been diabetic?

it is not, and I repeat not, a good idea to take hb pressure medication, it can literaly kill you, and you're hooked for life, once your hooked, theres no getting off. If you don't believe me, google it.
Note: This is an alternative solution to perscription drugs, but should not be the only treatment to rely on. A combination of good diet (less carbs and fat), more excercise and less stress all play an important role on getting rid of high blood pressure.

i have used a TruTrack meter for the last 4 years and have been happy with it. I just received a OneTouch UltraMini meter in the mail and compared the two by testing my blood with both. I am shocked with the readings. There was a 15 point difference. That is not acceptable since I am an uncontrollable brittle diabetic and need to have an accurate reading. So any suggestions on how i can determine which one is right. Consumer reports says that the OneTouch is the most accurate in their report we just got this weekend. Can anyone help me determine on which one I should continue to use. I like the compact features of the OneTouch but should I give up my old one for that reason. I have medicare so my strips are paid for. Please help me on this one. Thank you.
Most meters are accurate to within 10%. The FDA requires them to be within 20%. It sounds like your meters are within standards and within the 10% mark also. I've taken four consecutive tests with the same meter all within an 3 minute period and had results vary as much at 20. I've done this with five different meters and they all had variances of no less than 10. I use an Accu-Check Compact Plus as my primary meter. I use the OneTouch Ultra Mini and my travel meter. I also have an extra Accu-Check Compact Plus, Breeze II and OneTouch Ultra in my collection. I've tested them all twice now right after my blood draw for A1C and they have all been within 12 of the lab tests. Blood results can vary within a very short period of time, method you use, are where you test, temperature, humidity, when you last ate...Your meters sound like they are fine, nobody makes a meter that is mroe accurate than that on the regular retail market. I've read about some home meters that seem to be a bit more accurate but the meter cost was over $500 US and the testing supplies ran about $4 per test.

Are Accu-chec compact test strips good past their expiration date?
I have several boxes of the accu-chek compact drums test strips that are about to expire before I use them. Can they be used after the expiration date safely and accurately?
There is a liquid that can be used to test your tester and test strips. You put a dot of it on your strip and then use the meter and it should read 100. I can't remember the name of the stuff but you can pick it up at any drug store ask the pharmacist. If the reading is correct then you know the strips are still good.
Otherwise I wouldn't risk it more than a month past because you don't want to be wrong about you levels.

i took the test in my house with my parents blood tester and the results were E 3. the E looked like the opposite of a 3. what does this mean E 3
That means that there was an error in the reading.
You probably didn't have your arm above your heart.
If you can find the instruction manual, try following the recommended procedure.
Sometimes those electronic meters can be picky about where your arm is when you test.
(If you can't find it, just Google the manufacturer and model number. Most companies post the instruction manuals online.)
